I love this recipe because you can use a different type of squash depending on the season! Summer squash? Sweeten it up with ginger and serve with avocado and fresh tomato from the garden! Winter squash? Throw on the garlic and cook up a hot and savory burger! We are growing squash in the Dixon Educational Garden this summer in the hopes that each preschool student will be able to take one home. Try this recipe at home any time of year and come see squash grow at the Dixon garden!
